This view of the Noble Hill Apartments shows the south and east (Fir Street) facades of the building. It was constructed in 1928 in the Mediterranean style for Mr. Noble Hill, the property owner. The building is located directly south of the former Elizabeth Bard Memorial Hospital, which can be seen at the far right of the photo.
The primary entrance is on Poli Street but a secondary tenant entry faces Fir Street. The automobile garage entrance is at the lower corner of the building.
Los Angeles architect Frank S. McKee designed the building for Mr. Hill.
