It appears to be a two story building with the words "VIM Dairy Prod---" written on it. A fence along one side of the building partially reads "Ventura County Ice and...", probably Ventura County Ice and Milk Company, a company owned by local dairymen. A car is parked on the street, possibly a 1920s model.
