The men's signatures are on the bottom portion of photograph. Some of the men pictured are Fred Huntsinger, D.L. Sweet, M. Mears, William Bates, Wally Fourt, Darrell Raysor, G?E. Ruggel, Fred W. Smith, Burton Turner, and others whose signatures are unidentified.
