Lots are divided into sections of 1-16, 17-29, and 30-36. Doreen Way is a cul-de-sac that comes off Lang Street going upwards. Neighboring tracts include Tefferteller Tract above, Lang Tract No. 2 to the left, and Clarence Chrisman Tract below.
