Portrait bust of La Fever Webster. He is wearing a two-piece suit, a bow tie, and is displaying his medal of honor. According to library records: "Civil War veteran, an Andersonville survivor, and a Ventura County pioneer. He was successively a farmer, contractor, city marshal, and postmaster. He came to California in 1871 and to Ventura in 1875."
