Description
[User contributed description]
My father was an immigrant who , like many others, was drawn to Santa Paula because of the need for agricultural labor. When he first arrived he worked in the Limoneria orchards that surrounded this little town. This relationship between latino immigration and agricultural is foundational not just to Santa Paula and Ventura County, but to California itself. As a first generation citizen, I am proud to be a part of it's history.
