Full portrait of Anselmo "Cap" Ruiz in a wheelchair with an unidentified woman standing to the left of him with a cane. Cap has a blanket around his legs, a coat and a fedora. A hanging planter and two doors are visible on the wall behind them. Anselmo Ruiz was the seventh child of Gabriel and Rafaela Cota Ruiz. Born April 17 1870; died July 19 1971 at 101 years of age.
